Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by PeakGuard Greenacres Landscapers, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Services Provided
PeakGuard Greenacres Landscapers provides professional landscaping services including but not limited to lawn care and maintenance, landscape design and installation, hardscaping, irrigation systems, tree trimming and removal, sod installation, outdoor lighting, drainage solutions, seasonal cleanups, commercial landscaping, mulching and bed maintenance, and artificial turf installation.
All services are performed by trained professionals in accordance with industry standards and local regulations. Service details, scope, and pricing will be outlined in individual service agreements or estimates provided to clients.
Scheduling and Appointments
We strive to maintain scheduled appointment times. However, weather conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control may require rescheduling. We will notify you as soon as possible if we need to adjust your appointment. Regular maintenance services are typically scheduled on recurring dates, with adjustments communicated in advance.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept various payment methods including cash, check, and major credit cards. For recurring maintenance services, payment schedules will be established in your service agreement. Late payments may result in suspension of services and may incur additional fees.
Estimates provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to change based on material costs, project scope changes, or unforeseen site conditions discovered during work.
Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours notice without penalty. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. For larger projects requiring materials to be ordered, cancellation terms will be outlined in the project agreement.
Property Access and Responsibility
By engaging our services, you grant PeakGuard Greenacres Landscapers access to your property for the purpose of performing agreed-upon services. You are responsible for ensuring clear access to work areas and for securing pets during service appointments. We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other features not clearly marked or disclosed prior to work beginning.
You are responsible for maintaining any gates, fences, or access points needed for our crew and equipment to reach work areas. If access is restricted on a scheduled service day, a trip charge may apply for the return visit.
Warranties and Guarantees
We stand behind the quality of our work. Plant materials typically come with a limited warranty period as outlined in your service agreement, contingent upon proper watering and care. Hardscaping work is guaranteed against defects in workmanship for a specified period. Warranties do not cover damage from natural disasters, neglect, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
If you have concerns about any completed work, please notify us within 7 days so we can address the issue promptly. Our goal is your complete satisfaction with our services.
Limitation of Liability
PeakGuard Greenacres Landscapers maintains appropriate insurance coverage for our operations. Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.
While we take care to protect your property, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, damage caused by natural events, or damage resulting from conditions not disclosed to us prior to beginning work.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising from our services, we encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve the matter. Most concerns can be addressed through open communication. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to pursue mediation before resorting to litigation.
